Eddie Laroque, RN, MPH | Nurse, Leadership Coach & Educator

Nurse. Leadership coach. Educator.

When people
look to you,
lead with clarity.

Eddie Laroque, RN, MPH

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE. HUMAN UNDERSTANDING.

A family needs direction. A care team needs alignment. A leader needs a way forward. I bring clinical judgment, thoughtful questions, and clear communication to moments that call for more than another set of instructions.

The person you bring into the room matters

You need someone who sees
what the moment requires.

My work connects two responsibilities: caring for people and helping people lead. Here is where that combination brings value.

01 / FOR HEALTHCARE TEAMS

A nurse who can hold the clinical details and the human conversation.

When needs are complex and families have questions, assessment is only part of the work. I connect clinical findings, patient wishes, caregiver education, and team communication so the plan has a clear purpose and a practical next step.

02 / FOR LEADERS & ORGANIZATIONS

Build the habits, judgment, and confidence to lead with intention.

Knowing what to do is only the beginning. My leadership coaching helps you examine the beliefs behind your decisions, practice more intentional responses, and connect what you learn to how you lead each day.

Meet Eddie

Steady in the moment.
Thoughtful about
what comes next.

My work begins with a person, not a task: the patient whose needs are changing, the family trying to understand, or the leader carrying a decision others are waiting on.

I bring more than 18 years of nursing experience across hospice, palliative care, community health, and complex care management, supported by a Master of Public Health and a background in psychology. As a leadership coach, founder, and educator, I also work with questions of identity, responsibility, and direction, connecting thoughtful reflection with the next practical step.

Leadership coaching & education

Lead from a clearer
sense of who you are.

“Information informs, but intentional formation transforms.”Leadership growth takes more than knowing the right ideas. My coaching helps you examine how you think, make decisions, and respond to others so you can practice the kind of leadership you want to bring to your work and life.

01
Name what needs your attention.

Bring a current leadership question, a difficult conversation, or a responsibility you are trying to carry well.

02
Examine what is shaping your response.

Reflect on identity, assumptions, and the way you show up for others.

03
Identify a practical next step.

Connect that reflection to a conversation, a decision, or an action worth taking.

Clinical value in real situations

When the stakes are personal,
the details matter.

Selected practice highlights from my documented hospice, palliative care, and case management work.

AT THE FIRST VISIT

“What does this patient need right now?”

I have completed hospice admission assessments in homes and facilities, establishing eligibility, baseline status, and immediate care needs.

The contribution: a clinical starting point that informs the plan of care.

IN THE FAMILY CONVERSATION

“Help us understand what comes next.”

I have led serious-illness, advance care planning, and goals-of-care conversations while providing end-of-life education and bereavement support.

The contribution: clear explanations and attention to what the patient wants.

BETWEEN CARE SETTINGS

“Who is making sure the pieces connect?”

I have coordinated hospice referrals, admissions, specialist follow-up, medication reconciliation, and interdisciplinary handoffs across care settings.

The contribution: communication that carries clinical needs into the next setting.

The experience behind the perspective

Your team needs more than another name on the schedule.

You need a nurse who can assess a changing situation, earn a family’s trust, and coordinate what happens next. Eddie brings experience doing all three, across hospice, palliative care, community health, and complex case management.

WHEN YOUR CASELOAD IS COMPLEX

Clinical priorities stay in focus.

At MJHS, Eddie managed 150+ active palliative care patients. At GuildNet, she managed an average of 120 Medicaid members. She brings direct experience assessing needs, monitoring clinical changes, and coordinating services across demanding caseloads.

WHEN A FAMILY NEEDS ANSWERS

The conversation moves care forward.

Her work includes goals-of-care discussions, advance care planning, caregiver education, and bereavement support. She can explain the next step while keeping the patient’s wishes at the center of the conversation.

WHEN CARE CHANGES HANDS

Someone connects the details.

From medication reconciliation after hospitalization to hospice referrals and interdisciplinary handoffs, Eddie brings the follow-through that helps the next care team understand the patient’s needs.

If these are the needs on your team today, there is a clear reason to talk with Eddie.
